HR Compensation and Benefits

The purpose of Compensation & Benefits is to handle tasks within the salary area. We handle financial matters in relation to employment at DTU e.g. hourly payment, employee benefits, handling of tax issues, and refunds, among other things, in connection with long-term sick leave. Our work includes, among other things, handling of tasks in the state's payroll system, applications for reimbursements, payment of hourly wages and changes in pension during your employment. In addition, we continuously monitor and develop DTU's salary policy and salary structures so that they are relevant and transparent.
