Internal screening

Every 2nd. year the departments area undergoes a screening check done by representatives from a sister department and an employee from CAS AB in cooperation with representatives from the department. On the basis of this the department receives a screening report. The problems that are emphasized during the screening and which cannot immediately be solved are incorporated in the departments work evaluation action plan.
