EuroTeQ staff mobility

Want to be part of one of the biggest educational collaboration projects in Europe? The administrative staff at the EuroTeQ partner institutions have an opportunity to be included in the project to create channels and close cooperation between different areas of administrative units.

Participating in a staff mobility exchange gives great insights into a counterpart's daily work and helps to generate new ideas on how to build EuroTeQ Engineering University together!

EuroTeQ emerges from the well-established EuroTech Universities Alliance and is one of the 41st of alliances of European University that brings together six leading Universities of Science and Technology, spread across Europe:

  • Technical University of Munich – TUM (DE)
  • Technical University of Denmark – DTU (DK)
  • Eindhoven University of Technology – TU/e (NL)
  • Ecole Polytechnique L´X (FR)
  • Czech Technical University in Prague - CTU (CZ)
  • Tallinn University of Technology TalTech (EST)

Non-teaching staff from all areas are welcome to apply for staff mobility for training in order to support their professional development in the form of training events abroad at a partner university (for example workshops, job shadowing, project meetings etc.). Help will be offered to find a host in the receiving institution. Please note that participation in conferences is not supported.

Duration of mobility

Minimum 2 working days + 2 days for traveling.
Maximum 5 working days + 2 days for traveling.

Application period is open all year round, however, please note that places are limited.

How to apply

  1. Contact your home university´s contact person (see below) to discuss possibilities.
  2. Prepare and sign the Training Agreement.
  3. Submit the application form.
