Planning of scientific conferences

If you plan to arrange a conference, a congress, a big meeting or another event, you can use Conference Manager to organize and administer your conference, and Wonderful Copenhagen Convention Bureau can help you with proposals for meeting venues etc., if you are going to hold an international conference.

Conference Manager

DTU uses the conference system Conference Manager to organize, set-up and follow-up on conferences and congresses. Conference Manager offers a number of functionalities such as to-do lists, abstract handling, invitations, registration and payment modules as well questionnaires and survey reports. Order an annual license

You can order an annual license here: conferencemanager.dk - prices. Please note that the annual license fee is to be paid by your department/centre.

Remember to fill in the contact details in Conference Manager, including name of department/section, contact person etc.

When you order a new license, you should also contact Conference Manager’s support function at telephone +45 8883 2020 to make sure that you get automatic access to the back-up/copy and invoice modules that are paid by DTU’s central administration.

Free help from Wonderful Copenhagen

If you are planning an international conference, you can get help from Wonderful Copenhagen Convention Bureau and benefit from its many years’ of experience in assisting with advice on tendering, planning and holding of international conferences and congresses.
