Meeting centres and event venues at Lyngby Campus
The Service Centre assists with booking centrally managed spaces, including classrooms, event venues, foyer areas, and canteens. Please contact the departments and IT Service directly to use departmental rooms and data bars.
At DTU Lyngby, you will find three open meeting centers that all employees can book and use.
You book available rooms in Outlook. Open your calendar and click on “New Meeting". On the right side, you will find the "Room Finder" button. Select the room list “DTU Open Meeting Rooms”. Once you have selected the desired date and time, available rooms with the number of seats will appear.

If you are in doubt about who owns and operates specific rooms at DTU, you can find this information in DaluxFM.
Consider using the smaller meeting rooms in building 373A and 374 in Skylab. There are several meeting rooms with varying capacities, ranging from 2 to 10 people.
