Communication policies and guidelines
The purpose of DTU’s communication platforms is to promote an open and respectful exchange of knowledge, information and views within the framework of a Danish university tradition for research and freedom of expression.
This means that notices on DTU’s communication platforms:
- Must not have discriminatory, offensive or pornographic content, as well as commercial content without direct relevance to DTU's activities.
- Must have a clear and identifiable sender.
- Will be removed if they run counter to DTU's goal of promoting internationalization and diversity through a culturally embracing, secular and cosmopolitan campus life.
- May contain views that one cannot personally sympathize with or find rude, but which are in accordance with a Danish university tradition for freedom of research and expression.
