HR Legal & Politics

The purpose of Legal & Politics is to provide business-relevant legal advice within HR. We deal with the structures, frameworks, and rules that apply to workplace conditions at a university. Our work tasks include internal advisory services and handling of personnel cases on, for example, inadequate performance, and sickness absence. We also work with negotiation frameworks, contractual basis, and GDPR. In addition, we closely monitor the implementation of new legislation and collective agreements.

Write to hr-legal-politics@dtu.dk when you as a manager:

  • Want managerial and legal help in handling an employee’s high rate of sickness absence.
  • Want sparring and guidance for handling collaboration or performance problems with an employee.
  • Need advice on handling of other personnel or management challenges.

Preferably statethe employee’s name and other important matters in your enquiry
