HR People Operation

People Operation is HR’s administrative resource that advises on and handles the changes that occur in the life cycle of a DTU employee (including PhD student). For example, changes in working hours, leave, holiday, management changes, PhD job activation, conclusions and terminations, diplomas, etc. We ensure compliance with rules, frameworks, and guidelines.
