Inventions and patents
According to the Danish Act on inventions at public research institutions, anyone who is employed at the Technical University and who comes up with an invention in connection with the employee's performance of work or duties at the Technical University shall be obliged to notify the institution thereof and to offer the institution to exploit the invention commercially.
