LUS - Leadership appraisal interview
The aim of the LUS dialogue is to establish a room for reflection where the individual manager and their manager through dialogue make an assessment and widen the perspective of direction, performance and feedback. The dialogue concludes with identifying which leadership initiatives the manager should focus on in the coming year, and how the manager’s manager can help realize these initiatives.
Support tools (coming soon - under preperation)
The LUS dialogue is based on motivation, tasks, and relationships respectively. It may be beneficial to follow up on LUS with a subsequent group process based on a perspective on the group’s wishes for the future (GRUS).
LUS is conducted at least once a year (same as for MUS).
Preparation required
DTU recommends that the manager prepares for the dialogue by familiarizing themselves with the LUS support tools. DTU also expects that feedback from the DTU Leadership Dialogue is incorporated into LUS, and it is likewise natural that, in connection with LUS, follow-up is made on the next steps that were agreed with the manager’s manager after the last leadership dialogue.
