DTUDOCX

We use the DTUDOCX system for document handling and filing at DTU. Read the guidelines for filing here.

DTU DOC Archive contains filed cases created before May 1, 2019. From September 25, 2018 to May 1, 2019, cases were filed in both DTUDOCX and DTU DOC Archive.
If you need to find filed cases from this period, you should check both systems to ensure you find all documents related to the case.

To gain access to DTUDOCX, you must be added to the DTUBase list ‘DTUDOCX [Organizational Unit] Public’ – this must be done by your local DTUBase administrator.
Additionally, your primary profile in DTUBase must be ‘Employee’ – this can cause issues if you are a part-time employee while also being a student at DTU.

A unit can create special DTUBase lists if not everyone in the unit should have access, or if a filing area spans across units.
Always name the new DTUBase list ‘DTUDOCX [Descriptive Name]’.
