Book Laboratory Equipment
As an employee at DTU, you can use the DTU Equipment Information System (DTU EIS) to get an overview of laboratory equipment and book equipment across DTU’s units. You can also find information about which DTU units own specific equipment, and access detailed data on how it is used.
When you want to use DTU EIS, go to eis.dtu.dk and log in with your DTU credentials. The first time you register, you will be asked to provide your mobile phone number.
Your mobile number is used to send approvals or changes related to your bookings.
If you do not wish to provide your mobile number, you should write “private” in the text field.
When you are logged in to the front page of eis.dtu.dk, you will find a question mark in the upper right corner. When you click the question mark, you are taken to a view with a top menu bar where you can find help and guidance for the functions you have access to in EIS.
Please note that all guidance available in the system is in English.
