Would you like to patent technology that you have created at DTU? DTU Technology Transfer is more than happy to help you.
In order to create IP with a high commercial value, we have a patent team of specialists and administrators who ensure high quality patents to form a solid foundation for spin-outs or license agreements with external companies.
The experienced patent team at DTU Technology Transfer will work on your case and customise the patenting process to make sure it will meet your needs.
In order to claim a patent, the inventors are involved in the preliminary process and the actual drafting of the patent application and in delivering technical input etc. throughout the process.
In this section you can learn the basics and get an overview of the dos and don’ts within patenting. You will find information and tools related to the disclosure of an invention or software. Note that software can be disclosed both as an invention and registered as software for commercial use.
