Maintenance of buildings

At DTU Lyngby Campus, our building stock covers as much as 491,000 m², at Risø 66,000 m², and at Ballerup 54,000 m², which we use for teaching and research conducted by the University. When new low-E glass windows need to be installed, facades painted, a roof replaced or entrances renovated, Campus Service Buildings handles the task.

Fault reporting of fittings, furniture, equipment, and buildings

If you notice things in DTU’s buildings that do not work as intended, please report them in DTU’s fault reporting system. This may, for example, be:

• Broken doors or windows
• Damage to floors
• Ceiling sheets that have fallen down
• Water damage from leaking roof
• Worn or missing paint.

Ordering service tasks

Campus Service also performs ordered workman tasks at DTU. The tasks are performed against payment.

You can order assistance for a number of tasks, including:

• Delivery of new keys
• Delivery of new signs
• Mounting or taking down of boards, hooks, shelves, etc.
• Installation of sun shading
• Replacement of doors
• Replacement of linoleum floors
• Refurbishment of premises.
