Heating, cooling, ventilation and water

Campus Service HVAC is responsible for installations and supply systems at DTU. We are the ones who are called out to help when problems arise or maintenance is needed in the following areas:

• Drainage and sanitation
• Cooling
• Laboratory equipment, including fume cupboards, light cabinets, refrigerators, and climate chambers
• Gases such as gas, compressed air, vacuum, and steam
• Transport of materials, including lifts and cranes
• Sprinkling
• Heating
• Water
• Ventilation
• Plumbing

The abbreviation HVAC stands for heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning.

Design, operation, and futureproofing

In Campus Service HVAC, we are involved in the entire life cycle of DTU’s installations and supply systems.

• Architectural engineering: We design and plan installations and supply systems in DTU’s many construction projects with focus on safety, economy, optimization, energy efficiency, and sustainability.
• Operation and maintenance: We operate and maintain technical systems, installations, and supply systems in classrooms, laboratories, offices, meeting rooms, communal areas, and outdoor areas.
• Futureproofing: We are always trying to stay one step ahead of the development. We dimension DTU’s sewers and primary supply systems to ensure stability and safety on campus, and to future-proof DTU.

Fault reporting

Is the tap dripping, is the toilet clogged, or is the rainwater drain overflowing? In such case, please report this to Campus Service HVAC in DTU’s fault reporting system.
 
NB! If you notice a damage or risk that poses an acute danger to people, animals, or buildings, you must immediately call Campus Service’s emergency hotline.

Ordering service tasks

Campus Service HVAC is happy to help with service tasks related to, for example, heating and ventilation. If, for example, you are holding an event on campus, we can help regulate the room temperature and ventilation so that it is adjusted to the number of participants.

You order service tasks via DTU’s order form. Remember that the service tasks are performed against payment.
