Welcome to Meeting Centre 101

Meeting Centre 101 includes 16 meeting rooms - 4 on the first floor and 12 on the ground floor. You can view the layout plans in the box on the right.

The meeting rooms are equipped with AV and IT equipment and offer the option to connect to your PC. You can borrow a 'Meeting Owl' device at Reception 101 for hybrid meetings.

Make a room booking

Rooms can be booked via Outlook. In ‘Room Finder', select the list 'DTU Open Meeting Rooms' to view available rooms.

Let’s help each other: Book a meeting room that matches the number of attendees.

In your comings and goings

You can pick up the meeting card at reception, even the day before your meeting. Return the meeting card to reception or place it in the black mailbox in the hallway when finished.

Catering and refreshments

DTU’s main canteen and its associated café are in Building 101. Catering can be ordered via the DTU Canteen Order.

Create signs the DTU way

A printer (LY101-045-CO2) is available in the small copy room near the entrance. The room also contains signs in various sizes for free use. DTU's Designguide provides templates to help you create professional signage for your event. Please note that announcements may not be placed on doors or walls.

Help us keep things running smoothly - leave the room ready for the next person

Each room includes a list of equipment to help you reset tables and chairs easily. The canteen staff need your assistance, as they do not have access to locked rooms. Ensure all items are placed on the serving cart outside the room and that all waste is removed to facilitate cleaning. Failure to do so may result in a cleaning fee.

Finally, remember to turn off the lights when you leave.
