Welcome to Meeting Centre 220
Meeting Centre 220 has 3 meeting rooms. You can view the layout plans in the box on the right.
The meeting rooms are equipped with AV and IT equipment and offer the option to connect to your PC. You can borrow a 'Meeting Owl' device at Reception 101 for hybrid meetings.
Printing is not available from the meeting rooms in this building.
Make a room booking
Rooms can be booked via Outlook. In ‘Room Finder', select the list 'DTU Open Meeting Rooms' to view available rooms.
Let’s help each other: Book a meeting room that matches the number of attendees.
In your comings and goings
As a DTU employee, your employee card grants you access to all rooms in Meeting Centre 220. If you are expecting an external visitor, you can collect a meeting card from Reception 101A, even the day before. Return the meeting card to the same reception or place it in the black mailbox located in the hallway in 101 when you're finished.
Catering and refreshments
The canteen in B220 is on loan to DTU BIO until the end of 2025. You can still book the dining area if it is not in use by the department.
You are welcome to book catering via the DTU Canteen Order. The canteen and café in Building 202 are just a short walk away.
Create signs the DTU way
DTU's Designguide provides templates to help you create professional signage for your event. Please note that announcements may not be placed on doors or walls.
Help us keep things running smoothly - leave the room ready for the next person
Each room includes a list of equipment to help you reset tables and chairs easily. The canteen staff need your assistance, as they do not have access to locked rooms. Ensure all items are placed on the serving cart outside the room and that all waste is removed to facilitate cleaning. Failure to do so may result in a cleaning fee.
Finally, remember to turn off the lights when you leave.
