Accompanying travellers

You may book travel for an accompanying traveller through DTU’s travel arrangement.

Carlson Wagonlit Travel (CWT) may also be used to book travel for persons who are not employed at DTU when this is financially beneficial for DTU. The DTU employee may combine their own travel and the accompanying traveller’s trip in the same booking.

When booking travel for non-DTU employees, a fee of approximately DKK 400 is charged per booking.
