Damaged glasses

The damaged glasses are to be reported to CAS HS/Leif Warner by the departments work environmental coordinator.

Payment of compensation takes place through DTU Fusion on the intranet, where the bill of repair or new purchase must be scanned and attached. Project no. 106419 and task no. 180x3 is used for reimbursement.

The amount of compensation

The glasses/lenses itself are fully compensated for regardless of price. If the frame has been purchased within the last year then it will be fully compensated for. If the frame is more than a year old then it will be compensated for a lump sum, that is regulated once a year (in 2025 the sum is 1.337 kr.)

If a subsidy is granted from Sygeforsikring Danmark, this will be deducted from the amount of the compensation.
