We fundamentally distinguish between occupational accidents, occupational induced disorders, damaged glasses and student accidents.

At DTU, CAS HSE handles all occupational accidents with personal injuries regardless of absence or not and near-miss incidents. It gives a better base to evaluate risks and prevention and an internal report would be a good foundation for an injured employee in regards to an eventual claim of compensation.

All occupational accidents and near-miss incidents are taken in account for in quarterly statistical data to the Cooperate Work Environmental Committee.
