DTU Well-being Dialogue
DTU works on a dialogue-based basis with well-being
This means that each unit at least every two years invites all employees to participate in a DTU Well-being Dialogue. DTU Well-being Dialogue is used as a method to meet the requirement for statutory psychological APV. The DTU Well-being Dialogue replaces the previous well-being survey and is a structured dialogue with your colleagues about what is important to your well-being. See in the box on the right how a DTU Well-being Dialogue takes place.

DTU Well-being Dialogues
DTU wants to use dialogue to strengthen shared well-being. Therefore, the former DTU Well-being Survey (MTU) has been replaced with a dialogue-based method for working with well-being (psychological APV). DTU Well-being dialogues are based on the fact that the individual is willing to enter into a dialogue about and take responsibility for their own well-being and that of the community.
The quality of dialogue rather than measurement is first and foremost that we have to listen to each other. Both parties in a relationship have their good reasons for thinking, saying and meaning as they do. Only when we listen to each other does it become possible to understand the other's starting point and motivations. It is a first step to finding common ground and making agreements on actions that we mutually feel responsible for practicing.
DTU Well-being Dialogues are facilitated by HR in close cooperation with the local management and are anchored in the local working environment groups and work committees.
