Report an emergency incident
If you notice any damage or risk that poses an acute hazard to people, animals, or buildings, you must call Campus Service’s emergency hotline, which is manned 24/7.

If you are in doubt as to whether there is an emergency situation, you can use the guideline that the situation is urgent if it poses a hazard to people, animals, or buildings.
If the situation is not urgent, please submit a fault report online in DTU’s fault reporting system or via the DaluxFM HelpDesk app.
