Report faults and defects
On this page, you can report faults and defects in DTU’s buildings, installations, and outdoor areas.
If you notice damage to equipment and buildings, or a defective radiator or broken door, please report this to Campus Service in DTU's fault reporting system 'Dalux Helpdesk' or in the 'DaluxFM Helpdesk' app (see below).
Campus Service also welcomes reports of unnecessary waste of resources in the form of, for example, drafty windows, a running toilet, or inexpedient control of lighting.
If your issue concerns other types of services, please report it via the DTU Serviceportal.
This may, for example, concern:
- Canteen deliveries
- Access cards
- Waste
- Sustainability

Do you have the DaluxFM HelpDesk app?
In DTU’s fault reporting app, DaluxFM HelpDesk, you can easily and quickly report faults and defects on site. The app finds your location itself, and you can easily upload pictures of what needs to be repaired. You download the app for free in App Store or on Google Play.
