Brobizz
When crossing the Storebælt Bridge or the Øresund Bridge during business travel, you should use a BroBizz in DTU’s name whenever possible. This makes it easier to document expenses correctly and ensures that payments are automatically registered in DTU Fusion.
BroBizz Erhverv: Use a DTU solution
If you use a private BroBizz, it can be difficult to obtain the correct documentation (account statements from BroBizz) for your expense report.
To make documentation easier, DTU recommends that you:

Order a BroBizz Erhverv in DTU’s name

Link it to your DTU credit card

Be registered as a user of the BroBizz account
The solution is free of charge (including both the BroBizz and any additional credit card, if needed), but requires approval from your immediate manager.
