HR Organisation & Culture

Organisation & Culture works with organizational changes and the development of DTU as an attractive workplace and an organization that keeps up with developments in new global trends. Specific themes are well-being, leadership and management, sustainability, diversity, inclusion, and equality. We work across DTU’s units and support DTU’s management and organization. We also facilitate change processes, both large and small.
