HR Compensation & Benefits

The purpose of Compensation & Benefits is to perform tasks within the salary area. We handle financial matters relating to appointments at DTU. For example, hourly pay disbursement, employee benefits, tax handling and reimbursements, including in connection with long-term sick leave. Our work includes performance of tasks in the Danish State’s payroll system, applying for reimbursements, disbursement of hourly pay, and changes in pension during your employment. In addition, we continuously monitor and develop DTU’s salary policy and salary structures to ensure that they are relevant and transparent.

We ask you to create a support case, including sending questions to HR, via DTU Serviceportal if your inquiry concerns one of the following topics: 

  • Your hourly pay disbursement
  • Want to make changes to your pension
  • Due salary or other outstanding salary issues
  • Reimbursements and reimbursement statements in connection with illness, maternity/paternity leave, and other reimbursements
  • If you need to provide information about an employee on long-term sick leave in order to apply for reimbursement
