Determination of salary
New employees:
The salary level is discussed between the manager and Corporate HR. The new employee is informed about the salary level when offered employment. The salary must subsequently be negotiated between the union representative for the new employee’s organization and Corporate HR. Once the salary negotiations have been concluded, the new employee receives a letter of employment.
Current employees:
In addition to the salary adjustments made under the collective agreements, qualifications supplements and/or one-time bonuses can be paid in connection with the annual salary negotiations. Salary negotiations are conducted from January to June, but any changes to supplements take effect on 1 April.
Significant changes in the employee’s field of work/responsibilities mostly require that the salary structure be discussed between the manager and Corporate HR.
