Salary adjustment rates

The general pay increases are agreed between the Danish Agency for the Modernisation of Public Administration and the collective agreement parties who determine the per cent increase and times for pay adjustment for the entire term of the collective period.

Salaries are most often adjusted on 1 April each year—the rate by which salaries are adjusted is the same for all employees employed within the state sector. Additional adjustments may also occur depending on the collective agreement. 

The Danish Agency for the Modernisation of Public Administration announces the adjustment rate a couple of months prior to the adjustment. Corporate HR informs employees about the pay adjustment per cent increase via DTU Inside.
