Working Hours and Flex Time

All technical and administrative staff (TAP) are covered by the flex time guideline, which came into effect on 1 January 2012.

This means that there is a limit to the number of flex hours you can have. At the end of the month, your flex time balance may not exceed 37 hours.

If your flex time balance exceeds 37 hours, you must agree with your manager on how to take the excess hours.
