Employees are DTU’s most important resource. DTU therefore offers a number of employee benefits to enhance its employees’ job satisfaction.
DTU’s employees are largely free to organize their work, and DTU prioritizes professional and personal competence development, whether you are aiming for a scientific, technical or administrative career.
Cooperation on work-related projects is not the only important factor for DTU’s work environment. We also enjoy sports, as well as social and informative activities together.

- Time off for studying the day prior to an exam and day off on the day of the exam subject to agreement with your immediate manager provided that it is an education that DTU has supported or recommended
Physical and mental well-being:
- DTU Sport - DTU Sport is an association with a main goal - to promote sport and movement at DTU! Here DTU staff and students have the opportunity to meet, socialize and be active together.
