Emergency programme at DTU

DTU’s Emergency Management supports DTU’s strategic aim of being a safe and secure university. Though organizational capacity, efforts are made to secure the university against incidents that may affect life, values or reputation. DTU’s Emergency Management works both preventively and remedially to promote safety at DTU.

DTU’s Emergency Management also seeks to contribute to the strengthening of the UN’s world goals in relation to creating a safe und sustainable study and working life.

In case of an emergency you must do the following:

  1. Create safety 
  2. Assess the situation/the injured 
  3. Call for help - call 112 
  4. Provide first aid or other appropriate help 
  5. Meet and guide the emergency services 
  6. Inform the DTU corporate emergency team - call (+45) 45 25 33 55
  7. Inform your own management (for employees)
  8. Register the incident in DTU*s Injury app
